At Heart & Home Angel Care, we believe growing older should still mean enjoying meaningful connections, familiar routines and the freedom to live life with confidence.

Founded by Christine, our service was inspired by the love and gratitude she has for her grandparents and the important role they played in her life. That personal connection continues to shape the way we support older adults today.

We provide companionship and practical day-to-day assistance for people who may benefit from a little extra support at home or when going out. From sharing a cup of tea and conversation to attending appointments, enjoying social activities or receiving help with light household tasks, every visit is centred around the individual.

Our aim is simple: to reduce loneliness, encourage independence and help older people remain connected to the people, places and routines that matter to them.
